Questions about AI strategy
What does an AI strategy engagement include?
A use-case inventory across your business, value and risk scoring, a build, buy, or wait recommendation for each priority, a sequenced roadmap, and an AI governance policy written with your security and legal teams.
How long does it take?
About four weeks from the first interview to the final roadmap. Larger organizations with many business units may take longer.
Will you recommend off-the-shelf tools?
Yes, when they fit. Our rule is to use an existing product when it fits and build only when it doesn’t. Some recommendations will be to wait.
Do we have to build with you afterward?
No. The roadmap is yours. Many clients have us build the first use case because we already know the context, but you can hand the plan to your own team or another vendor.
How do you handle our data during discovery?
Under a mutual NDA, with the minimum access needed, usually read-only. We never use your data to train AI models.
Who needs to be involved on our side?
An executive sponsor, a lead from each function in scope, and someone from security or IT. Most people need one or two interviews, not ongoing time.
